Product Features
The drum-type gear coupling is a type of rigid-flexible coupling that can compensate for misalignment along the radial, axial, and angular directions. Compared with straight-tooth couplings, it offers advantages such as a compact structure, a small turning radius, high load-carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and a long maintenance interval.
Application scenarios
Suitable for shaft transmission systems in industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation, as well as for various types of machinery including petroleum, chemical, and general-purpose machinery.
GIICLZ-type drum-type gear coupling
The GIICLZ-type coupling with an intermediate shaft (narrow type) features small tooth spacing, a compact structure, and a low moment of inertia. It is suitable for transmitting power in horizontal shaft systems with coaxial alignment, with a rated torque ranging from 0.4 to 4500 kN·m. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +80°C. The drum-shaped gear sleeve is connected to the intermediate shaft. For details on the structural design, refer to Figures 4.4 and 4.5; technical parameters and key dimensions are provided in Table 4-3.
