Product Features
The drum-type gear coupling is a type of rigid-flexible coupling that offers compensation capabilities for radial, axial, and angular misalignment. Compared to straight-tooth couplings, it boasts advantages such as a compact design, small rotational radius, high load-carrying capacity, superior transmission efficiency, low noise levels, and extended maintenance intervals.
Application scenarios
Suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, and lifting & transportation, as well as for shaft-driven systems in various types of machinery, including petroleum, chemical, and general-purpose machinery.
GIICLZ Type Drum-Type Gear Coupling
The GIICLZ-type intermediate-shaft (narrow-type) drum gear coupling features small tooth spacing, a compact design, and low rotational inertia. It is suitable for connecting horizontal shaft systems with nominal torque ranging from 0.4 to 4500 kN·m, operating in ambient temperatures between -20°C and +80°C. The drum-shaped gear sleeve is connected to the intermediate shaft.
